1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using karachipunchingdesigner.com, purchasing digital embroidery designs, or placing custom punching orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Services & Digital Goods Description

Karachi Punching Designer provides digital embroidery digitizing services (converting logos/artwork into Tajima .DST, Wilcom .EMB, Melco .EXP, Janome .JEF, and Brother .PES machine formats) as well as pre-digitized store design files. All products provided are non-tangible, downloadable digital goods.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Commercial License

• Custom Artwork Ownership: Clients retain full copyright and ownership of custom logos submitted for digitizing.
• Store Designs License: Purchased store designs grant you a non-exclusive commercial license to embroider the designs onto physical goods for personal use or resale. You may not re-sell, share, or redistribute the raw digital stitch files (.DST, .PES, .EMB) to third parties.
• Trademark Responsibility: Clients warrant that they hold legal rights or authorization to request digitizing for any brand logo submitted.

4. Order Delivery & Turnaround Time

Custom digitizing orders are delivered electronically via your customer portal account and registered email. Estimated turnaround times are:
• Standard Speed: 8 to 12 Hours
• Urgent Speed: 3 to 6 Hours
Instant store purchases are available for immediate download upon successful payment verification.

5. Payment Terms & Currencies

All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely via authorized checkout channels, including Safepay payment gateway (Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards), Easypaisa, and bank transfers. Orders are processed once full payment authorization is received.

6. Machine Test Sew Recommendation

While our digitizers strictly follow commercial embroidery standards, embroidery machine tensions and fabric backings vary. Clients are strongly advised to run a test sew on scrap fabric prior to executing production runs on final garments. Karachi Punching Designer is not liable for damaged garments resulting from unapproved mass production runs without prior test stitching.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
