1. Digital Products & Delivery
All products sold on this website are digital embroidery files (such as .EMB, .DST, .PES, etc.). No physical product or patch will be shipped to your address.
Upon successful online payment (via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer), the download link for the purchased file will be generated automatically and made available instantly.
2. Intellectual Property & License (Khaas Shart)
When you purchase a design from Karachi Punching Designer, you are buying a License to Use the design, not the ownership of the design itself.
What you CAN do: You can stitch our designs onto fabric, garments, or unstitched/stitched suits for personal use or to sell to your commercial customers.
What you CANNOT do: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sharing, copying, gifting, or distributing our digital files (.EMB, .DST, etc.) to anyone else, or uploading them to any other website or social media platform.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a file is downloaded, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. For exceptions regarding corrupted files or duplicate purchases, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.
4. Machine Compatibility & Technical Requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have the proper software and embroidery machine capable of opening and utilizing the file format purchased.
We recommend not resizing or altering the designs drastically, as it may affect the stitch quality or cause punching errors.
5. Account Security
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Limitation of Liability
Karachi Punching Designer will not be liable for any damage caused to your embroidery machines, fabric, or threads due to the incorrect usage of our files. We highly recommend doing a test stitch on a scrap piece of fabric before production.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
