At Karachi Punching Designer, we sell digital goods (Embroidery Digitizing Files including EMB.). Because our products are digital files and are delivered instantly via download after a successful online payment, we generally do not offer refunds or returns.
Once a file is downloaded, it cannot be “returned.” Please read our policy details below before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds on Digital Downloads
Since digital files are intangible and can be easily copied or saved, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds if:

You changed your mind after purchasing.

You purchased the wrong design by mistake.

You do not have the proper software or embroidery machine to open the file.
2. Exceptions / Damaged or Corrupted Files
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you face any technical issues with the file, we are here to help:

Corrupted Files: If the downloaded file is corrupted or not working properly on your machine, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will fix the file or provide a replacement free of charge.

Design Errors: If there is a genuine technical error in the punching/digitizing of the design, we will modify and re-deliver the corrected file to you.
3. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the exact same design twice in a single transaction or within a short period, please contact our support team with your order details. In the case of a verified duplicate purchase, we will refund the amount for the duplicate item.
4. Delivery Issues
If your payment was successful but you did not receive the download option or email link, please do not panic. Contact us immediately with your transaction ID, and we will manually send the files to your registered email address.
